Almost Halfway Done

I was looking at the calendar last night before heading to my class and I am already almost halfway done.  So far, so good. I am learning a lot and have done pretty well grades-wise. Out of 600 possible points up to now, I have 583. Yea me! The last class is Dec 1, and then there are 2 inservices I have to go to and also learning to use the computer programs to do tax returns throughout the rest of December. Then--tax season!

Thanks for the encouragement with the last post. It helps to know that there are people rooting for me, even if I don't know them in person. My attorney is a woman-I wouldn't have it any other way. She's been through a divorce herself, so she is all about looking out for the woman's best interest. It also helps that I know her from being in the same community service club with her.

Bruinsmama-hope you & everybody in the northeast is staying dry & safe. If I lived closer, I'd come help ya at Thanksgiving!

WOW you are almost done!!! that is exciting. See you could do it.
I am glad to hear that you do have a woman lawyer. Now that I think about it, my sister had one for her second divorce.. of course her xh#2 was just plain stupid and rolled over like a dog. LOL sad but true.
I think that we get soo emotional about the decision and trust the lawyers that we don't see the agreement completely.
Sometimes we need not to worry about ruffling feathers and stand up for ourselves.
