Valentine's for 1, Thank You

Happy Valentine's Day!

This morning the ex called me and confirmed what we had set for him to spend time with Shelby tonight  That in itself is a surprise. It's been over a month since he spent time with her, just the 2 of them. Then he said he had thought about sending me flowers at work today.... I asked him why he would do that now, when for the entire 12 years we were married he never sent me flowers on valentine's day once.  I told him don't bother, just send a little extra cash for child support. Meanwhile, as a Valentine to me from me, I will take the time they are doing whatever together and pamper myself with a glass (or 2) of wine, light the good candles I bought a while ago, and possibly a bubble bath, and whatever else I feel like doing. Hope you all have a great Valentine evening.

Actually taking a bubble bath with candles and wine sounds very relaxing. I just can't get the wine as easily as I would like....hubby issues. But anyhooo I do hope you pamper yourself to the fullest and enjoy every moment. I haven't gotten flowers in a long, long time either. lol.

That's exactly what I would have said to my ex. Go and enjoy yourself your deserve it. I don't promote divorce but since you already are then go for the gold or should I say green.
