HE'S OUTTA HERE!!!!!!!!!!

That's right, the xh aka Dumbass, finally got a real job. Yes, a real job working for a boss and everything. Job = paycheck = child support check coming to me! IT'S ABOUT TIME! BONUS - he had to go out of state for the job! The contractor is based here, but the job he was sent on is in Kansas. Yessssss!!!! Woo-hooo!!!!!!! Not that I'm happy about that or anything...ahem. He will be gone for about 6 weeks, then will be going to Washington DC then I don't know where from there. Don't care much either as long as he sticks with it.

I'M OUTTA HERE!!!!! Well, kinda - for now...

I am officially registered at the school I've been talking to for the past couple weeks. I told my boss this morning and she's happy for me, but not so happy that she has to find someone to take my place. They will train with me for the next couple months and then work Tuesdays & Thursdays while I'm at school, then once I graduate and quit completely, they will take over.

Shelby was supposed to spend the night w/a friend last night but called me at 11:20 pm crying and sobbing. I of course thought she was hurt or sick or something, but she said no to all of my questions about it and just said Come and get me please. So I did. Turns out that she was missing her dad, which I expected since they have actually had some good quality time the last couple weeks. She also had something planned for Father's Day but since he's gone now, she can't do it. So I told her she could put together a care package and send it to him in the mail. Wonder how you package a kick in the ass?? Just sayin'....
