Would You Like Cheese With Your Whine, Sir?

I haven't given you a Dumbass story lately, so I will do that today.

He came back from working out of state over the 4th. Then, on the 6th, the painting contractor he was working for apparently told him and 2 other guys they hired at the same time that they jumped a little too fast in their hiring, and now didn't have anywhere to send these 3. So, he was isn't going away again anytime soon.

 hmph! Just when I was getting used to the peace of not having him to bug me every day. So, he went back to work for the staffing agency he was with before he took the painting job. 

Last night, he had the balls to ask me if I would go back to court and get the child support order reduced for him.

  You've got to be kidding me!

"Well, it's just so hard with the extra amount coming out of my checks. I can hardly pay all my bills."

Boo-fucking-hoo, buddy. I told him I saw absolutely no reason I needed to do that because a)I didn't ask for any child support at all until we were divorced; b)The order didn't start til February and it's only $232 a month; c)I didn't start receiving anything until mid-June and by then he was already so far behind, they started taking out extra to make up the amount he's behind. 

But, now he's having trouble making ends meet all because of my greed and all I want is money. Wah. Cry me a river, asshole. What about the 11 months where I supported myself and your daughter, paid the old bills I was stuck with and paying for extra things like softball, band camp, going to the wedding, blah, blah, blah. Anyway, thanks to the $ that I have finally started to get, I have been able to get caught up. And, since I'm going to cut down to part-time working to go to school, I definitely need the $ to make it myself.

There is a reason I'm not allowed near guns and sharp objects.

What a jerk? Did you point out the child support is not money in your pocket, but money to take care of YOUR CHILD??? The one he helped to create?

Man, I am so glad we've never had to deal with child support. With both my kids & my step kids everything is just 50/50--right down the middle.
