Bad Boy, Bad Boy, Whatcha Gonna Do....

Court was very interesting yesterday. Not only was Dumbass appearing on the Willful Reckless Driving & Disturbing the Peace charges that I was there to testify for, he was also appearing on a couple other things like speeding & no motorcycle operator's license and a SHOPLIFTING charge for trying to lift a pack of cigarettes!Good God, the guy in never gonna freakin' grow up.....

So, for the speeding/no motorcycle license, he plead guilty and was fined around $200 total. He asked for a lawyer to be appointed for the shoplifting charge...and then we get to my case...

           Willful Reckless Driving - $100

            Disturbing the (my) Peace - $500

            Court Costs - $118

            Thanking God that I was smart enough to get rid of his ass 15 months ago...

            PRICELESS!!!

NewGuy had emailed me earlier in the day saying he wished he could go with me, and he didn't like the thought of me having to go alone to court to testify. When he called for a  report on how the case went, I told him all of the above and then thanked him for being a mature, responsible adult and a productive, functioning member of society and for being concerned about me going alone.

So far, Dumbass has followed the protection order, mainly because I go to NewGuy's house in a completely different town on the weekends now, and that was usually when he took the time to track me down and cause problems if he found me.

But now, all that's over and I can look forward to a great weekend.  Hope you all have a great one too!

yea, thx god ya gots rid of his arse 15 months ago.... ya can start doin nakked blackflips an somersults now...LOL.......glad to know he's followin the restainin order....BAD BOY BAD BOY whatcha gonna do?? pay the fine or go to jail...Do not go past go, do not collect 200$ serve his Dumbass right....At least you an yer daughter is away from him an doesnt has to help pay his fines........boys like that never seem to learn.........

yer better off without him.........me is glad that NewGuy is so supportive.......he sounds great........
