Woo-hoo!!! Friday!!!

Happy Friday!

Not much to report here, just glad that it's finally Friday and the weekend is coming. Shelby practiced songs for Saturday with the pep band for over an hour last night. She kept saying she hoped she would do OK and not screw up royally. I told her that she would be just fine and that the band director obviously had confidence in her, otherwise he wouldn't have come and asked her to play with them.

After almost completely giving up hope, I got some child support $$. Dumbass' job must have sent it in finally. I wonder if they just collect it every week and then send it in once a month. As long as I know to expect it that way, I'll be OK with it. Anyway, I was able to get Shelby some stuff she's been needing for school and basketball and get a couple Christmas presents ordered.

I've been making Thanksgiving plans w/NewGuy & his sisters. Sounds like I won't be seeing him as much during the Christmas shopping season since he's planning on his store being really busy...I'm sure we'll manage though. I can be pretty creative when I have to be!
