One More Christmas to GoThis Saturday is the Big Christmas with NewGuy's ENTIRE FAMILY... He is one of 7 siblings....I think there are going to be somewhere in the neighborhood of 40-45 people there. I am used to "family gatherings" consisting of about 5-7 people. A bit of a contrast - should be interesting....with all the focus having been on that, I don't really know what we're doing for New Year's...guess I'm gonna have to find out.
Shelby stayed home today. I called her about 11:30 and could tell I had woken her up. She claimed she had been up for about a half hour....but the froggy voice gave her away. No biggie though, I figured she would sleep...she's been up til 1 or 2 in the morning the last few nights with NewGuy's kids playing with the stuff they got for Christmas. I don't want her to get run down and then get sick before school resumes. *knocking on wood* Fortunately, so far neither of us has come down with any of the bugs that are going around here...there's a nasty stomach bug
