Here I Go Again

Today is the first day of yet another attempt to lose weight.  It's 2:45 p.m. and I am hungry!  I know it's just because I'm not doing what I'm used to and my body needs to adjust.  Hopefully it won't take long to adjust.  I've been drinking lots of water like I'm supposed to take care of hunger - but all that's doing is making me pee every 10 minutes and making me hungrier because I have to walk by cookies on the way to the bathroom.  The biggest problem for me has always been and continues to be motivation to exercise. I really have no excuse other than being lazy. I can walk down a couple hallways after I'm done walking and use the treadmill, air bikes, stair stepper, etc. but don't because "I'm busy" That's going to have to change.

I've tried lots of other diets & programs....Atkins - I liked it & it worked.  I lost around 50 lbs. but the constipation factor finally made me stop.  Also, the counting carbs got to be a pain in the ass.  Trim Spa - gave me heart palpitations and scared me.  Wasted $ on the stuff and ended up throwing it out after less than a week.  Jenny Craig/Nutri-System/LA Weight Loss all are too expensive and having to buy their food sucks. Weight Watchers worked for a while but I fell off track, and don't really remember why, but I never got back on. 

So here I am starting again. Wish me luck - and every once in a while - ask me if I've gotten off my ass & exercised lately, would ya?

I need to also. I have a goal to loose a certain amount before graduation in October. Motivation is a biggy for me too. I always use that excuse that I am "to busy" also. I know that it can be done and I really cannot afford a gym. Common' we can all do it!

I try to keep the junk food OUT of the house. Our ideas of junk is like soy chips, pita chips, wheat crackers. And then I just eat a little in a BOWL not from the bag!
It aint easy and it takes time. hang in there, I am right here with ya!

Water appartently is good for making people lose weight. At least that's what me's been told. So good luck and all will work out..

Me doesn't know how many calories it burns but wild passionate sex is suppose to be good at burning calories, helping with stress levels, and migrane headaches. Me hears its good exercise too sooooooooooooooooooooooo.......Me will leave it with yer imagination

we sound like we are looking in the mirror....I have started to do the treadmill while watching the morning shows and trying to keep a menu planned so that I am not "just throwing something" together for dinner. Turns into a meal of super processed meals.... not good for us.
