The Full Moon & Dreams

A few of us have commented here before about how the full moon really disrupts our sleep patterns.  I have also noticed, especially this time around that it also makes my dreams more vivid and real. Is this really true, or do the dreams seem more vivid and real because I'm not sleeping as soundly?

Last night, my dream took place on a nice warm spring day, and I saw vivid colors, heard sounds, and smelled smells. I saw lilac bushes in my dream and I could smell them. I also remember smelling someone's cologne. I felt the breeze blowing the leaves, and heard kids playing in the yard.  Normally, I dream, but don't smell or feel things like I just described.  Weird......

What happens to your dreams during a full moon?

I have noticed that I haven't slept well the last few nights. I don't know if it had anything to do with the moon, but I work in a nursing home and I noticed the residents were more restless then normal.

I had a great dream last nite about my ex, the one right before DH....except I called him by Toxic Boy's name!

Me not to sure what happens with me dreams when there's a full moon. Me never has normal dreams anyways sooooo... Full moon or not the dreams is wierded out so what can ya do

Now that you mention it, last night I slept fitfully and had a lot of bizarre dreams, can't remember them but remember they were bizarre. Had never thought of the full moon thing before, will have to pay attention.
