From the Lioness' Den...

FINALS!

It's crunch time...two finals this week, tonight & tomorrow.  Have I studied lately??? Nope.  Convention last Thursday - Sunday, a concert Monday night and Honors night last night all kinda got in the way.  In fact I was up til after midnight last night finishing two writing assignments I had for tonight's class.  No procrastination here!

Speaking of Honors Night last night, Shelby got 3 awards.  Excellence in Math, a Star Award for getting A's on every test in Science for the entire first semester this year, and a Renaissance Award for being on Gold Honor Roll (3.5 or higher avg) for all 3 quarters so far - and all indications are that she will be on there for the 4th quarter also.  Woo-hoo!!!  Leo & kids came for the concert on Monday, and Honors night last night.  Sis3 came for last night.  Where was Daddy Dearest? Good question.  He has no excuse.  Last week when she saw him on her bday she told him about both things....I heard her as they were walking toward the car when I picked her up.

She has had a countdown going since the beginning of May.   She and Leo's kids all get out of school on the 17th.....5 1/2 school days to go til summer.  It feels like they just started the year.

You me dear is gonna do fine on yer finals. Me has faith faith and me was told by me connections in Hell that yer gonna do it with flying colors!!!! LOL.....As for Miss Selby?? WHOOT WHOOT WHOOT!!!! Way 2 go girl. Congradulations... You must be so proud of her cuz me sure is. W2G GIRL!!!!!!!!
