New Development

This just in...

I was talking to Dumbass today because he wants Shelby to spend some time w/him for his birthday - never mind the fact that he couldn't make time for her on her b-day, or Valentines, or Easter, or Christmas or attend concerts, etc.  - and during the  conversation, he tells me he's been "seeing somebody for a few weeks."  "Just going to supper, taking it slow, because it's still hard" Give me a fuckin' break.....it's been almost 2 years Then the next thing I know, he's talking about taking Shelby some weekend to the Omaha zoo with the new fam (her & her 2 kids, a 16-yr old & a 10-yr old)

A couple problems with that...**let me say that the following all stems from being concerned about Shelby's well-being...I could give a shit less what he does with his own life, but if he's gonna get my daughter involved, then that's where I become involved. Remember? Lionness??? Don't mess with my cub!***

1-He hasn't had Shelby visit for more than an hour in I don't know how long...let alone a visit for an whole day, or, God forbid, an entire weekend.  Shelby wouldn't go for that either.  It's all she can do to spend an hour or 2 with him.

2-I don't know who it is he's seeing. Didn't ask today 'cuz that would've played right into his hands. But I have a couple people working on finding out for me...I will know by the end of the week.  Then I will find out what kind of person she is, background, etc. In fact, I think it will have to be a stipulation that I meet her & her kids before I decide if Shelby can go with them for any visits. As the parent with sole custody, I would say it's my responsibility. He won't think it's fair but that's tough shit.

3-The 16 yr old is a boy.  I will make it known that if that sumbitch makes any kind of move or puts his hands on my daughter I will fucking kill him. (see above re: LIONNESS) There was just a 19-yr old here caught in bed with a 13-yr old girl in a camper by the girl's mom.  The m!@#$%^&*~>r wouldn't be alive if it had been my daughter.
