Best Weekend in a Long Time
So, she came down & spent the weekend with me, Shelby spent the weekend with her dad and everybody had a good time. (Even though it took a little work on my part to convice Shelby to spend the night @ her dad's. This was the 1st time since we moved out July 23 that she has done that.)
On Sunday, we went to Lincoln again so my friend could shop at some places that she doesn't have where she lives. I drove, she shopped, I helped her spend money. It's always so fun to spend someone else's money, dontcha think?? Sunday night, Shelby came home & we rented funny movies, had popcorn and all kinds of fun at home.
Even got the cheerleading $ issue resolved from last week, and a couple other things between me & the S2BXH. So even that area of my life is going relatively smoothly. Hope it lasts for more than a couple days. The next big blowup will probably come when he actually gets his divorce papers....
So, now I need to ask all of you something - in the profile section, where you list friends, how do you do that? Are we supposed to contact the people we want to list, or how does that work?? I would like to list Bruinsmama, BrenMOM2G, AndeeDawn, and SilverMonarch as friends but not quite sure how to do it. Whatever input you can give me will be great!

This weekend I got to cross one of the things off my list of Things I Wanna Do! One of my friends from out of town called me Friday and said she had tickets to the Nebraska football game on Saturday & asked if I was free & wanted to go. Hmmm...let's think. Born & raised in Nebraska, been a Husker fan all my life, never been to a game yet, that'd be a YES!!!
