FRIENDS...

So I have 2 friends, Pam and Pamela... we all bear the same tattoo on our left wrists. We even designed the tattoo ourselves... anyway, we have been split up for quite some time as Pamela has moved to Nova Scotia and Pam has moved to Grande Cache. I used to go and visit Pam in Grande Cache quite a bit but had to stop that when the price of gas sky rocketed! I haven't seen her since Sandra's funeral and I have been missing her madly... so the other day she phoned me and told me that things aren't going that great in her life either and that she needed me... I was totally feeling the same way so I went to Grande Cache and spent the night with her and she came here and spent the night with me. It was good. It wasn't as therapeutic as I thought it would be because of course, just like we feed off each other's good energy we feed off the bad as well. I am pretty exhausted from the visit but I am SOOOO glad I got to have it.
I love Pam and Pam... and when we used to go out together if someone would ask our names each of the Pams would say "Pam" and I would too! LOL. We all used to bartend in the same lounge too. We had so much fun, the regular patrons referred to us as the twisted sisters. In fact I was the last to get hired there and the next day one of the regulars came in when the boss was training me and said "I can't believe you have hired all 3 twisted sisters." That is when the name stuck! LOL.
We used to go on road trips quite frequently back then in my old Mercury Topaz. That thing was on it's last leg but it got us where we wanted to go. I don't think I could even count the number of times we drove that old rust bucket to Grande Prairie, Fort St. John, Chetwynd, Fairview etc etc... but boy were we cool doing it!
I miss Pamela a lot, I have talked to her on the phone a few times and she sometimes gets my messages on MSN but I wish she was still here.
Grande Cache is always just a 4 hour drive away so I will see Pam whenever I want but I wish she would get her drivers license so she could come and visit me!
One day we will be together again and people will feel the energy eminating from the twisted sisters again!
